Sacred Fullness Mountain Day Retreat: Labyrinth • Nashotah • Sacred Sweat Lodge
Spend a sacred day on the land at Sacred Mountain, where we will walk in prayer, purification, and deep connection.
This day offers the rare opportunity to move through the sacred trilogy of Labyrinth, Nashotah, and the Sweatlodge—each a gateway to healing, clarity, and renewal.
Schedule & Flow of the Day
Meet at 10:00 AM at the Albertsons parking lot on Federal Way (near Taco Del Mar) to caravan together to Sacred Mountain, about a 45-minute drive toward Idaho City.
We will begin with a walk and meditation to connect with the land and open to its medicine.
From there, we’ll gather within Nashotah, the crystal-imbued cob prayer chapel, for healing and alignment through prayer and resonance.
Next, we’ll journey to the Labyrinth, walking with intention and song—a path of release, clarity, and inner stillness.
Our sacred day will culminate in the Sweat Lodge Ceremony, where we enter together in prayer, purification, and renewal.
Each participant is asked to bring two bundles of wood—one for your own prayers and one as an offering for the prayers of all beings.
Fasting & Nourishment
We will be fasting from food until we complete our spirit work. You may have a light breakfast before we meet.
Please bring a packed lunch to enjoy after the lodge as we break the fast together in gratitude and community.
Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated throughout the day.
If you require food to take medication, please let MeeshaKeena know in advance.
About the Land & Nashotah
Sacred Mountain has been held in prayer and reverence for nearly forty years, a sanctuary for peace, healing, and communion with the natural world.
Nashotah—a cob-built chapel infused with hundreds of crystals—serves as a living grid of prayer and song, continually nourished by the daily meditations of the Sacred Mountain Monastery community.
The monastery is non-denominational, rooted in the Five Truths of Spirit: Love, Joy, Peace, Light, and Abundant Enthusiastic Life.
Each day, they offer the Metta Prayer, blessing that:
May all beings have fresh, clean air to breath
May all beings have fresh, clean water to drink
May all beings have good food to eat
May all beings have a home
May all beings have someone to share love with
May all beings know their true purpose
May all beings be well and happy
May all beings be free from suffering
