Welcome to Ashamenta Healing Arts. By booking a session, enrolling in a class, or participating in a workshop, event, or retreat, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are intended to create clarity, safety, and mutual respect for everyone involved.
Ashamenta Healing Arts offers:
Private sessions (including Reiki, Shamanic healing, intuitive healing, and energy clearing)
Classes, certifications, and mentorship programs
Workshops, Classes and Events (for Retreats, see below)
All offerings are designed for personal development, spiritual connection, and energy alignment. They are not substitutes for licensed medical or psychological care.
By participating in any Ashamenta offering, you agree to:
Arrive on time and be fully present
Respect the space, fellow participants, and facilitators
Take responsibility for your own well-being and emotional process
Follow any health, safety, or energetic guidelines provided
You understand that the experience is personal and may impact you differently based on your openness and participation.
To secure your spot in a session, class, or event, a deposit or full payment may be required.
Private Sessions:Less than 36 hours' notice = 50% fee
No-shows = 100% fee
Deposits are transferable with 36 hours’ notice but non-refundable
Classes, Workshops, and Events:Cancellations within 7 days of a class/event = 50% fee
Within 72 hours = no refund
If you cancel earlier than 7 days before, your deposit may be transferred once, or refunded (minus processing fees)
If Ashamenta must cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future offering.

All personal information and experiences shared in sessions or group settings are treated as confidential and with respect. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

In group settings, participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of others and respect the sacred container created.
Ashamenta Healing Arts practitioners are not licensed medical or mental health providers. All services are intended to support holistic well-being and are not medical treatments. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical or psychological conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove a participant from any offering if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
By participating in any service, class, or event, you accept full responsibility for your experience and release Ashamenta Healing Arts and its practitioners from any liability for physical, emotional, or financial outcomes.
Occasionally, we may take photographs (with consent) during events for promotional use. You may opt out at any time.
Ashamenta Healing Arts may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation implies agreement with the current version.

Ashamenta retreats are intentionally kept small to cultivate an intimate and transformative experience. Because of the limited availability, our cancellation policy supports fairness and helps us share the costs of unexpected changes.
Hold Deposits Are Non-Refundable.Deposits are required to hold your space and are non-refundable under any circumstance.
However, they are transferable (minus a $100 USD re-listing fee) to another participant assigned and confirmed by you.
Final Payment Is Due 5 Weeks Before the Retreat Start Date.
If full payment is not received by this deadline, your spot may be released and your deposit forfeited.
Cancellation Requests:30+ days before the retreat start date: 50% of the total retreat cost (less the non-refundable deposit and $100 re-listing fee) will be refunded, minus a 10% processing fee.
14–30 days before the retreat start date: No refunds are given.
Within 14 days of the retreat start date: No refunds or credits of any kind.
Processing Fees:All refunds, where applicable, will be subject to a 10% processing fee. No exceptions.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, travel interruptions, medical expenses, and other unforeseen situations. Ashamenta is not responsible for any expenses related to missed travel or emergencies.
If the retreat must be postponed due to government-imposed border closures or travel bans , all deposits will be transferred as a credit toward the rescheduled retreat.
If a guest chooses not to attend for personal reasons (including COVID concerns) but the retreat is still running as scheduled, the
standard cancellation policy applies

All attendees agree to follow the local health and safety guidelines in place at the retreat location, including but not limited to: mask mandates, testing, vaccination or booster requirements, and social distancing protocols.
Ashamenta Healing Arts LLC and its agents act solely as facilitators of the retreat experience and are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, medical expense, loss, delay, or unforeseen event during your travels or retreat participation.
By registering, you acknowledge that:
Participation in yoga, meditation, energy work, nature excursions, or other retreat activities involves inherent risk. You are voluntarily assuming all risks associated with participation. You have consulted with a physician or take full responsibility for your own well-being.Ashamenta does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions and is not a licensed healthcare provider.
By participating in this retreat, you grant permission to Ashamenta Healing Arts LLC and fellow participants to take photos or video in group settings. These may be used for promotional purposes online and in print.
If you prefer not to be included, please notify the retreat leader upon arrival.
Any dispute arising from your participation in the retreat will be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.
All parties agree to engage in mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Ada County, Idaho.

We collect only the necessary personal information required to register you, process payments, and communicate about the retreat.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. All payments are processed through secure, third-party systems.
