Appointments

Your appointments are very important to the members of Ashamenta Healing Arts, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 36 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. STRICT AND ENFORCED 36-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Less than 36-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Deposits can be used when rescheduling with 36 hours' notice. Refunds will have any processing fees deducted.

Classes & Workshops

The Student is responsible for full payment of classes, workshops, events, etc. Class tuition must be paid prior to the start of the class, unless payment arrangements have been approved. If a student is unable to complete a class, payment credit may be held for future completion at the discretion of Ashamenta. Payment arrangements must be made prior to class and may be processed through automatic bank withdrawal. Certification will be given only upon completion of the course and full tuition payment.

Code of Conduct for Classes & Events:

Students and participants must engage with respect and integrity. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the class or event without a refund. Participants must adhere to Ashamenta’s ethical guidelines, including respecting personal boundaries and maintaining confidentiality within the group.

Retreats

RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

Hold deposits are non-refundable.Hold deposits (minus a $100 USD relisting fee) are transferable to another attendee assigned by the original attendee.The full balance is due 8 weeks before (or when specified) the retreat start date unless otherwise noted. Cancellation requests within 30 days of the retreat date: 50% of the total amount (less deposit and $100 re-listing fee) will be refunded.Within 14 days of the retreat: No refunds given, no exceptions. Any refunds allowed will incur a 4% processing fee.

Travel Insurance Recommendation: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical expenses, and trip interruptions.

COVID TRAVEL UPDATE: If the retreat must be postponed due to border closures, guests will receive a credit for the hold deposit to be used for the new date. If a guest decides not to attend for any reason other than a country's border closure, the standard cancellation policy applies. All attendees agree to adhere to any COVID regulations in place at the retreat location, including but not limited to vaccinations, boosters, testing, masks, and local safety mandates.

Disclaimer

Ashamenta Healing Arts LLC and its affiliates ("AGENTS") act solely as facilitators for the participant in all matters related to travel, retreats, and events.Liability Release:

AGENTS are not responsible for damages, injuries, loss of property, delays, or any unforeseen circumstances related to travel, accommodations, or retreat participation. Participants assume all risks associated with foreign travel, yoga, physical activities, and other retreat offerings. Disputes between participants and Ashamenta Healing Arts LLC will be governed by Idaho law and subject to mediation before litigation. Legal proceedings will take place in Ada County, Idaho.

Photography Consent: By participating in a retreat, you agree that Ashamenta and fellow participants may take and share images of you in public and online spaces.

Online Disclaimer Addendum

By participating in any online program of Ashamenta, you agree that you do so at your own risk, assume all risks of injury, and release Ashamenta from all claims related to negligence.

Acknowledgments:

You acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks. You confirm that you have consulted with a physician or assume full responsibility for your participation.

Ashamenta is not a licensed medical provider and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
