Not sure how to begin your journey with Ashamenta? These two sessions are the most recommended starting points — gentle, clarifying, and designed to meet you right where you are.

ConSOULing Session
A compassionate, grounding conversation where we explore what you’re carrying, what you’re ready to release, and how to map a clear path toward a more authentic, soul-aligned life.

Intuitive Healing Session
If you’re unsure which modality you need, this session lets Spirit lead. Together, we tune in to your energy and intentions, allowing the modalities that best serve your highest good to come forward.
